A DOUGLAS COUNTY SCHOOL
Learn today. Lead tomorrow.
Home of the Wildcats

Corey Wise, Legend High School Principal, and Karen Tarbell, Cimarron Middle School Principal, will be hosting two informal "Meet and Greets" at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, March 26th, at Sagewood Middle School, and 7 p.m. on Wednesday, April 2nd, at Sierra Middle School. Keith Jacobus, Director of Schools for the Legend High School feeder area, will also join them at these meetings to discuss the growth of Douglas County School District and plans for future growth.

Did you know that DCSD will be celebrating 50 years at the start of the 2008-2009 school year, and in 50 years we have grown to become the third largest school district in the state? In spite of this rapid growth, we are consistently one of the highest achieving districts in Colorado! All parents and students are welcome to come hear from our school leaders about DCSD's plan for our next 50 years.

Find out about some of the significant challenges the District faces, and the exciting solutions we have for ensuring educational excellence in the future.

Parents

The Portal allows parents to view their student's grades, schedule, missing assignments, attendance, immunizations, and fees. The Portal is available to every parent or legal guardian of a student enrolled in the Douglas County School District. Once registered at a school, the parent has access to information for all of their students that are enrolled in the district.

To get access, you will need to fill out this form. The Parent Portal Access and Use Form must be turned in to the school's Portal Manager with a copy of your driver's license. You will then be given an Activation Code.

If you forget your password after it has been setup, you will need to fill out this form and send it to our Portal Manager.

Students

Have you ever wanted to view your grades, schedule, missing assignments, and attendance on-line? Activating the Student Portal gives you access to this information and more.

You activate your portal directly from here. Your team teachers can help you sign up for the portal.

If you have a popup blocker enabled on your machine, you will need to allow popups from this system in order to print any information.

If you forget your password or the system has disabled your account, you may send an email to SGMSportal@dcsdk12.org or contact one of the Portal Managers at school.
