Study Skills

Everyone is different, and for some students, studying and being motivated to learn comes naturally. Your success in high school and college is dependent on your ability to study effectively and efficiently. The results of poor study skills are wasted time, frustration, and low or failing grades. The websites below were designed to help you develop effective study skills.

This page contains links to several websites that will assist students in developing their study and learning skills. This collection of webpages will help you assess your current skills, acquire new ones, and apply what you learn to study more effectively, in less time, for greater understanding and better grades.

Note: The following links take you away from the DCHS web site. Although the destinations are non-commercial, they may contain links to commercial sites. Use the same parental and consumer caution you would at any web site.
