Dream Team The Dream Team was started at Northridge to provide students an opportunity to assume responsibility and contribute to the everyday functioning of the school. The students on the Dream Team are 5th and 6th graders that were selected after they submitted resumes, reference letters and participated in an interview process with adults from the Northridge community.
