Educational Philosophy
I sincerely believe all students can learn, but not necessarily at the same rate or in the same way. I foster an effective learning environment by making students feel confident to share their own ideas, ask questions, and have time to explore different facets of learning. I provide a positive environment for my students by giving feedback and guiding them in assessing strengths and needs in order to set personal instructional goals.
