Educational Philosophy
Establishing a relationship with students is what makes an effective teacher. To do this, I get to know my students. This relationship then grows and respect develops. This respect turns the classroom into a positive learning environment. I believe that all students are capable of learning, have an important part in the classroom, and that their thoughts and opinions are important. I address the needs and learning styles of all my students while at the same time challenging them for success.
