Educational Philosophy
Supporting teachers, by using data and current research, in order to support student achievement is of utmost importance. I truly believe that every student, regardless of race, socioeconomics, and labels can achieve the standards set by Douglas County School District. I know that as educators we need to be constantly asked the hard questions because that causes us to think deeper and in different ways. As Thomas Edison said, If there is a way to do it better find it! This is my goal and I will continue to search until all students at Northridge reach the academic goals I know they can secure.

Every student can learn, just not on the same day, or the same way.

They may forget what you said but they will never forget how you made them feel.
