All Heritage visitors and volunteers must sign in at the front office and present a photo ID.
New Immunization Requirements 2007-2008
There is a new Colorado state law that requires all in-coming Kindergartners (2007/2008) to have a second varicella (chickenpox) immunization. If your child has had chickenpox, a letter from your physician will be accepted in lieu of the second vaccine. Incoming 6th and 10th grade students who are at least 11 years old and have not had a tetanus shot within the last 2 years will need to have a TDAP. If you look at your child’s immunization record, you will see they may have previously received a TDAP. The TDAP is a new booster immunization for tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis (whooping cough). Please check with your child’s doctor this summer to make sure that they are up to date on all the required immunizations.
