Parents of 2006-2007 Kindergarteners are invited to a parent information meeting. When:Thursday, January 19, 2006 Time: 6:30 p.m. Location: Coyote Creek Elementary School Gymnasium 2861 Baneberry Ct. The agenda will include information on the enrollment process, general school information, and a tour of the school. Enrollment packets will be available for pick up at this meeting. |

January 24th 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. January 25th 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. January 26th 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. |
For enrollment, you will need to provide the following items:
A completed
enrollment packet
A photocopy of your child’s current immunization record A photocopy of your child’s state issued birth certificate A photocopy of “proof of residency”(warranty deed or lease agreement) |
